vortEks-15［ヴォルテクスイチゴー］

Bass Spoken Word Duo, vortEks-15 comprises solo bassist/vocalist Lin, and The Beat Generation guitarist/vocalist and soloist Kenyo Saeki. They formed vortEks-15 in December 2022 as a project to create unique sounds that only the two of them could express.

 The duo embodying the spirit of Tokyo cool, with smooth bass sounds and percussive guitar, vortEks-15 features spoken word lyrics and emotional folk melodies. These contrasting elements combine to create a unique soundscape. They performed at the 47th annual Japanese American Friendship Festival at the United States Air Force Yokota Air Base on 20 May 2023 to great applause from an audience of 4,000 people.
