Having studied tea ceremony for over 30 years, she continues to study under her master while also mentoring the next generation.

Omotesenke Tea Ceremony Professor, Certified in 2020.

She began learning kimono dressing for tea ceremony, and for about 10 years she attended the Kimono Dressing Academy, wearing a kimono approximately 300 days a year.

As a dedicated instructor at the Kimono Dressing Academy, she is involved in spreading the academy's techniques and training kimono dressers.

Currently, while teaching private kimono dressing techniques, she also handles pre-photoshoots and dressing requests for events such as Coming of Age Ceremonies and Shichi-Go-San.

To preserve local cuisine, she harvests wild vegetables and other seasonal dishes in the mountains of Nagano.

She cherishes the home-cooked flavors her grandmother and mother cooked for her.

30年以上学び続ける茶道は、現在も師匠に師事し、勉強をつづけながら、後進の指導にも務めている。

茶道　表千家教授　令和2年取得

茶道のために着付けを学びはじめ、約10年間着付学院に所属し年間約300日着物での生活をする。

着付学院の専属講師として学院の技術普及、着付師の育成に携わる。

現在は個人で着付技術を教えながら、成人式、七五三等の前撮り、当日の着付依頼に携わっている。

郷土料理伝承のため長野の里山で山菜などを収穫し季節の料理を楽しんでいる。

祖母や母がつくってくれた家庭の味を大切にしている。
