ジムニーサンライトでは、不正改造車両の入場をお断りしております。

・車検非対応マフラー

・タイヤのはみ出し（ハミタイ）

・軽自動車の規格外バンパー・フェンダー装着車両

については実際に入場をお断りし、お引き取りいただいております。

ジムサンとして大切にしてきたルールになりますので、

ご理解いただけない場合は、ご来場をお控えください。

会場周辺は一般道を使用しており、入場時間を守らずに来場された場合、周辺道路に渋滞を引き起こす恐れがあります。

一般道での渋滞発生は、

・地域住民の方々への多大なご迷惑

・所轄警察署・施設管理者からの厳しい指導

につながり、最悪の場合、今後イベントが開催できなくなる可能性があります。

そのため、

開場時間前の来場・路上待機は絶対におやめください。

入場時間は必ずお守りください。

ご来場される皆さま一人ひとりのご協力をお願い致します。

■ イベント開催について

・本イベントは所轄の警察署へ事前に報告を行っております。

イベント前日および当日は、警察車両による近隣パトロールが行われる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

・本イベントは雨天決行となります。ただし、台風などの荒天時には主催者判断により中止となる場合がございます。主催判断による開催前の中止を除き、チケットの払い戻しはできません。また、イベント途中で中止となった場合においても、払い戻しはいたしません。中止・遅延に伴う会場までの旅費・宿泊費等（キャンセル料を含む）の補償はいたしかねます。

【ご来場いただく際のご注意】

① チケットのご提示ができない場合、いかなる理由がございましてもご入場いただけません。

② 車検非対応マフラーを装着した車両、車体からタイヤがはみ出している状態（いわゆる「ハミタイ」）、および軽自動車の規格外フェンダー装着車両でのご来場はご遠慮ください。
また大型車両、牽引車などでのご来場は安全面および運営上の理由からご入場いただくことができません。

③ 開場時間前の現地周辺での路上待機、ならびに会場への無断侵入は固くお断りいたします。

④ 駐車場には限りがございます。区画内に収まらない大型車両、牽引車両でのご来場はご遠慮ください。

⑤ 会場周辺では霧が発生する場合がございます。霧発生時はヘッドライト点灯にご協力をお願いいたします。雨具や防寒対策をご準備ください。

周辺道路では野生動物（主に鹿）が横断することもありますので、十分ご注意ください。

【入場時の注意点】

① ご入場手続きは車両1台ずつ行います。前売りチケットをお持ちの方は、QRコードをご準備ください。

② 駐車場内での危険運転、不必要なアイドリング、空ぶかし、音響機器による騒音行為は禁止します。

③ 駐車場内では誘導員の指示に従って駐車してください。駐車場内での事故・トラブルについて、主催者は責任を負いかねます。

④ 駐車場内でのカセットコンロ等、火気の使用は禁止です。

【会場内（駐車場含む）での注意点】

① 開場直後の駆け込み入場は大変危険ですのでおやめください。

② 会場内ではお子様から目を離さず、必ず保護者の方が付き添ってください。

③ ラジコン・ドローン等の使用は禁止します。

④ ベビーカーおよびペット用バギーを除き、キックボード・自転車等の乗り物の使用は禁止します。

⑤ 出展者以外による物品販売、勧誘、アンケート等の営業行為は禁止します。

⑥ 会場内（駐車場含む）は全面禁煙です。喫煙は所定の喫煙所をご利用ください。

⑦ 会場内では、主催者およびメディアによる写真・動画撮影が行われます。撮影された写真・映像は、広報活動等に使用させていただく場合がございます。

ナンバープレートの写り込みを避けたい方は、各自で目隠し等の対策をお願いいたします。

本イベントにご参加いただいた時点で、撮影・掲載に関する権限を主催者が有することをご了承いただいたものとします。

【わんちゃん同伴について】

① 必ずリードを装着した状態でご入場ください。

② 排泄は必ず会場外でお済ませください。糞は必ずお持ち帰りください。

③ マーケットエリア内では、抱っこ・キャリーの使用、またはリードを短く持つなど、来場者や出展物へのご配慮をお願いいたします。

④ 会場周辺は山に囲まれた環境です。驚いて逃げてしまうと重大な事故につながる恐れがありますので、くれぐれも目を離さず、責任をもって管理してください。

⑤ わんちゃんの車内放置は大変危険ですのでおやめください。

【その他】

①会場内で発生したゴミは、お持ち帰りにご協力ください。

②会場周辺は自然豊かな環境です。植物や野生動物への配慮をお願いいたします。

③体調が優れない場合は無理をせず、本部スタッフまでお声がけください。

会場施設管理者、イベント運営スタッフ、駐車場誘導員等が迷惑行為と判断した場合、また指示に従っていただけない場合は、やむを得ずご退場いただくことがございます。

“My Jimny isn’t customized, so I feel a bit hesitant…”

At Jimny Sunlight, there are no restrictions on vehicle type or level of customization for entry.

Everyone is welcome—please feel free to come and enjoy the event!

Dogs are more than welcome too!

We aim to connect you with the joy of creativity, wonderful works, and inspiring creators.

We hope this will be a day where you discover something truly special.

At Jimny Sunlight, vehicles with illegal modifications are not permitted to enter the event.

The following vehicles will be denied entry and asked to leave:

Non road-legal exhaust systems

Tires extending beyond the body (fender protrusion)

Kei cars equipped with non-compliant bumpers or fenders

These rules are an important part of the Jimny Sunlight event.

If you are unable to comply, we kindly ask that you refrain from attending.

The area around the venue uses public roads. If you arrive without following your designated entry time, it may cause traffic congestion in the surrounding area.

Traffic congestion on public roads may result in:

Significant inconvenience to local residents

Strict warnings from the local police and facility management, which could, in the worst case, lead to the cancellation of future events

For these reasons, please do not arrive before the opening time or wait on nearby roads under any circumstances.

Be sure to follow your designated entry time.

■ About the Event

This event has been reported in advance to the local police station.
Please note that police patrols may be conducted in the surrounding area on the day before and the day of the event.

This event will be held rain or shine. However, it may be canceled at the organizer’s discretion in the event of severe weather such as a typhoon.
Except in the case of cancellation prior to the event by the organizer, tickets are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued even if the event is canceled after it has started.
We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses (including cancellation fees) incurred due to event cancellation or delays.

【Important Notes for Visitors】

Entry will not be permitted under any circumstances without a valid ticket.

Please refrain from attending with vehicles that:

Have exhaust systems that do not comply with vehicle inspection standards

Have tires protruding beyond the body (so-called “tire poke”)

Are kei cars equipped with non-compliant oversized fenders

Waiting on public roads near the venue before opening time or unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited.

Parking space is limited. Please refrain from coming with oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers that cannot fit within a designated parking space.

Fog may occur around the venue. Please turn on your headlights when visibility is low.
We also recommend preparing rain gear and warm clothing.
Please be aware that wild animals (especially deer) may cross nearby roads.

【Entry Guidelines】

Entry procedures will be conducted one vehicle at a time.
If you have a pre-purchased ticket, please have your QR code ready.

Dangerous driving, unnecessary idling, revving engines, and excessive noise from audio equipment are prohibited in the parking area.

Please follow staff instructions when parking.
The organizer is not responsible for any accidents or issues within the parking area.

The use of open flames, including portable gas stoves, is prohibited in the parking area.

【Rules Inside the Venue (Including Parking Area)】

Rushing into the venue immediately after opening is dangerous and prohibited.

Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.

The use of RC cars, drones, or similar devices is prohibited.

The use of scooters, bicycles, or similar vehicles is prohibited, except for strollers and pet buggies.

Sales activities, solicitations, or surveys by anyone other than authorized exhibitors are prohibited.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue (including parking areas). Please use designated smoking areas.

Photography and video recording will be conducted by the organizer and media.
Captured images and footage may be used for promotional purposes.

If you prefer not to have your license plate visible, please take your own measures such as covering it.

By attending this event, you are deemed to have granted the organizer permission to use such images and footage.

【Regarding Dogs】

Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.

Please ensure your dog relieves itself outside the venue.
All waste must be taken home.

In the market area, please carry your dog, use a carrier, or keep the leash short, and be considerate of other visitors and exhibits.

The venue is surrounded by nature. If a dog becomes startled and runs away, it may lead to serious accidents.
Please keep a close eye on your dog and take full responsibility.

Leaving dogs unattended inside vehicles is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited.

【Other Notes】

Please take all trash home with you.

The venue is located in a nature-rich environment. Please be considerate of plants and wildlife.

If you feel unwell, please do not hesitate to contact event staff.

If the venue management, event staff, or parking attendants determine that a visitor is causing a disturbance or does not follow instructions, they may be asked to leave the event.
