Every month, they bring in musicians they’ve met along their musical paths — players with bold, unmistakable colors — and throw down a full‑on funk session. But EXPANSION isn’t just a live show. It’s a hangout, a playground, a place where everyone can jump in, groove hard, and feel the heat together. The vibe keeps rising, the circle keeps growing, and the groove keeps expanding. ギタリスト小林 "Bobsan" 直一と、ドラマー数井 塁が、2022年より主催するファンク・コミュニティ"EXPANSION"。 小林と数井が、それぞれの音楽人生の中で出会った、独自の色を放つミュージシャンを迎え毎月ファンク・イベントを開催している。 それはただライブをするに留まらず、オーディエンスをも巻き込みハングアウト(遊び場)できる空間作りをコンセプトとし、拡張(EXPANSION)し続けている。 2026年1月30日(金) EXPANSION初のオリジナル作品 、 1st EP "EXPANSION" (4曲入りCD)をリリース。 各地ライブ会場にて販売中。
